What I Offer

Talking therapy helps you to explore the issues that are troubling you.  I will endeavour to give you the space and time needed for personal reflection within a supportive and safe environment.  You will be able to explore your thoughts and feelings, which in your day-to-day life you often don’t have the time or energy to deal with.  I work to the code of ethics of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, and the Bach Centre, Registered Practitioner code of ethics.  I am a Senior Accredited member of NCPS.

Appointments available Monday – Friday daytime and evenings.

Appointments are currently online using Zoom, WhatsApp, Facetime or by telephone.

Face-to-Face appointments available in Workington town centre on Wednesday mornings.

Includes individual remedy mix, which can be posted out to your home address, p&p extra / or can be collected if local to West Cumbria.
