My name is Sue Hunter and I live in West Cumbria.  I offer person-centred counselling and  coaching, either online, using various platforms, by telephone or in-person.  I am a registered Bach Practitioner and offer consultations and bespoke flower remedies which can be posted out to you.

We all experience the ups and downs of life, however sometimes it can just feel too much to bear on your own.  You may feel that you are having difficulty to cope, your problems are a heavy burden or you are going just through a rough patch.  At times such as these, you don’t always want to talk to friends and family and the longer you keep quiet and hold everything inside, the heavier the burden becomes.

There is a need at these times to speak to someone who will listen, understand and accept us as we are, without making any judgement.

Working together with a partnership approach, we will be able to explore your personal difficulties and emotional distress, looking at ways that will improve your quality of life and help you make the decisions and changes you need. You have the all answers and are the expert on you.  I will help you to find your direction again, to allow insight and understanding of yourself and others, along with personal growth and development.

I work with the person rather than the problem.  This means that I am happy to work with you and your particular circumstances and not be restricted to specific problems.  It is usually not clear cut and you may find a number of issues are affecting you and your happiness.
